All grooming here happens awake, with patient handling. If your veterinarian has prescribed a calming plan for grooming days, that is a conversation between you and your vet, and we are happy to work with it. What we will not do is wrestle a terrified dog through a groom. If a visit is not working, we stop, and we tell you honestly.
